Tuxedo Park Limo Service

Majestic Transportation Services & Limo Inc.

Being collected from a private, gated village takes a little planning: the gate has to expect the vehicle, the roads inside wind around the lakes, and the destination is usually an airport or Manhattan, well outside the Ramapo Valley. Our Tuxedo Park limo service sorts those details out when you book. The same Tuxedo limo and car service covers the rest of the town, from the hamlet by the train station to Southfields and the Sterling Forest side, where there is no gate to clear.

Tuxedo Park Pickups Inside the Gate

The Village of Tuxedo Park’s gate security page sets the rules: the main gate admits tagged vehicles and verified guests, vendors, and Tuxedo Club visitors, while the south gate is restricted to residents, property owners, and tagged vehicles. We arrive as a guest at the main gate, so the process starts with you: clear us with the gate the same way you would clear any visitor, and give us the house address and the name the gate will expect when you book.

A few details help on the morning of departure:

  • Tell us the road name and the house, not just the village. A precise address matters most in the dark before sunrise.
  • If a guest of yours is the passenger, let us know whose name to give at the gate.

The Rest of the Town of Tuxedo

The Town of Tuxedo is larger than the village and offers different travel options. Tuxedo station, on the Port Jervis Line, sits in the hamlet along Route 17, and we can meet a train there and drive the visitor to a house in the park or anywhere else in town. We also cover Southfields and the homes off Route 17A toward Sterling Forest. The New York Renaissance Faire is held on Route 17A in Sterling Forest; for example, a group of friends staying in the area could book one vehicle for the round trip instead of hunting for parking.

South of the town line, the valley continues into Rockland County, where Sloatsburg sits along the same Route 17 corridor; we pick up there and in Suffern, just beyond it. To the north and west, our Orange County neighbors include Greenwood Lake, Warwick, and Monroe, where our garage sits on Route 17M, a short run up Route 17 from Tuxedo.

Airports on the New Jersey Side

Tuxedo sits on the southern edge of Orange County, close to the New Jersey line, putting Newark Liberty and Teterboro well within reach. We cover flights in and out of Newark in both directions, and for private and charter aviation we plan the Teterboro pickup around the FBO your flight uses.

For a long-haul departure, JFK is reached by crossing into the city, and LaGuardia covers most domestic routes. Westchester County Airport across the Hudson and Stewart to the north are smaller alternatives when your airline flies from them. On a commercial flight home, the standard is curbside: an automated message names your chauffeur and gives a direct number; you call once your luggage is off the carousel, and within 5 to 10 minutes we pull up at the curb to drive you back to the gate. A chauffeur waiting inside with a name sign is available for an additional fee.

Tuxedo Limo Service for Club Events and Weddings

The Tuxedo Club hosts many formal evenings and wedding receptions in town, and those nights follow a familiar pattern: guests arrive within a short window, the party ends late, and nobody should drive the winding lake roads afterward. For a couple, one sedan or SUV handles the arrival and the late exit. For a wedding with a ceremony elsewhere, our wedding transportation can take the couple and wedding party between the two locations on a written schedule, with the gate cleared ahead of time.

Tell us the end-of-evening time when you book, so we can plan the return run and the gate step together. We can pick up guests staying outside the village at their own addresses first and drop them back there at the end.

Into Manhattan and Back

Route 17 and the Thruway run side by side through the valley, which makes a day in the city straightforward by road. A typical example: dinner and a show in Midtown, with the chauffeur dropping you at the restaurant, collecting you after the curtain, and taking you back through the gate that same night. For a day with several stops, our hourly car service keeps a vehicle at your disposal, and stops are included. For meetings, our executive car service covers point-to-point runs to offices in Manhattan, Westchester, and northern New Jersey.

For two or three passengers, a Lincoln Aviator is enough; a household heading into the city with guests can step up to a Chevrolet Suburban for as many as six.

Tuxedo and Tuxedo Park Questions

Do I need to tell the gate that your vehicle is coming?

Yes. The main gate admits only verified guests, so clearing us in advance helps keep your departure on time. Give us the name the gate will have on file, and the chauffeur will use it on arrival.

Do you serve the Town of Tuxedo outside the gated village?

Yes: the hamlet of Tuxedo near the train station, Southfields, and the Sterling Forest area are booked the same way as a house in the village, without any gate step. A train pickup or a Southfields address simply goes in the booking like any other.

Can you meet a guest at Tuxedo station?

Yes. Send us the train and expected arrival time, and the chauffeur will wait at the station for that train. If your guest switches to a later train, call us right away so we can move the time.
