Majestic Transportation Services & Limo Inc.
For travelers in White Plains, Harrison, Rye Brook, or the towns along I-684, the nearest airport is often Westchester County Airport, just off I-684 near the Connecticut line. It handles both airline service and private aviation, and our Westchester airport car service covers both: car service to HPN for your departure, a chauffeur at the curb when you land, and transfers for passengers flying private.
Because the airport is compact, getting there is usually quicker and simpler than a run to the New York City airports. Planning still matters, though, especially for early departures, private flights with changing times, and travelers connecting to JFK or LaGuardia.
HPN has one passenger terminal, so there is only one curb to meet at. We track your flight from the moment you book, and you’ll receive a text with your chauffeur’s name and number right after landing. The walk from the gate is short, so you may be ready to call soon after you have your bags, and the vehicle will arrive at the terminal curb within 5 to 10 minutes of that call.
Pat A. covered both directions in a Google review: “My trip to and from Westchester airport was great.”
Prefer to be met indoors? For an additional fee, the chauffeur waits inside the HPN terminal with your name on a sign. Free waiting at HPN follows our usual allowance: 30 minutes for a domestic arrival and 60 for an international one, with longer waits charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate. The same arrival rules apply to every airport transfer we run, including the fallback if no text reaches you after landing.
For departures, we set the time from your schedule and your address. A car service to HPN is a short run from most of the county, so the main thing is being outside when we are due to arrive; if the driveway is still empty, call dispatch right away so you are not logged as a no-show. For parking updates or terminal notices before you leave, Westchester County Airport’s official website is the county’s own source.
HPN draws travelers from three directions, and each one has its own road in:
Westchester County Airport transportation for private flyers starts elsewhere: charter passengers and aircraft owners use the field’s fixed-base operators (FBOs) rather than the airline terminal, so the meeting point is different. When you book, tell us which FBO you are using, the expected arrival or departure time, the passenger names, and a contact person if an assistant or a flight department is arranging things. We then agree with you or the FBO where your vehicle will be waiting.
Business aviation schedules move more than airline timetables, so let dispatch know whenever the schedule changes. If you have meetings after you land, our executive car service can cover the rest of the business day.
Some HPN airport transportation continues to a larger airport, for example, a short hop into Westchester followed by an overseas departure from Kennedy. For these airport-to-airport runs, we publish estimated sedan rates:
*Estimated one-way sedan rates from HPN to each city airport; holiday surcharges apply.
The drop-off at the other end works like any of our runs to Kennedy or LaGuardia: give us the onward departure airline, and we’ll pull up at that terminal.
For a car service at HPN Airport with one to three people, or a Westchester airport limo service booked for a visiting client, the Lincoln Aviator is the natural fit, with room for their bags. A family heading out for a ski week or a beach vacation will want a Chevrolet Suburban, which seats six with luggage, and a team flying in for a company event can stay together in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which seats 14. Child and booster seats can be added for an additional fee.
We try to. Our usual lead time is a day for sedans and SUVs and two days for larger vehicles, but if a vehicle and chauffeur are available, we can help with less notice. Call rather than booking online, so dispatch can confirm right away.
Yes. Call dispatch with the new itinerary, and we will turn the booking into an airport-to-airport transfer. The estimated sedan rates above are a starting point, and the final fare depends on the vehicle and the time.
Yes. Each leg is its own reservation, matched to its airport and flight, so the outbound run goes to HPN and the return starts at LaGuardia with the usual tracking of your arrival. Reserve both at the same time so the vehicles and timing are planned together.
Reserve your transfer to or from HPN on our reservation page, adding your flight number or the FBO name for a private flight. For transfers to JFK or LaGuardia, or anything unusual, call (877) 811-8400 or email majestic@mtslimousine.com.
