New York City Limo Service

Majestic Transportation Services & Limo Inc.

Our NYC car service is built for people coming into the city from somewhere else: a family from Orange County heading to a Saturday matinee, a Westchester team going in for a day of meetings in Midtown, friends from Connecticut on their way to a game in the Bronx. Every booking is made in advance, with a set departure time and a chauffeur who drives you in and, when the plan calls for it, waits and brings you home. We are not a street-hail cab or an app; our New York City limo service, run from Monroe, NY, since 2002, prices each booking before the day.

How We Get You Into the City

The route depends on where you are starting. From Orange and Rockland Counties, the drive usually comes down the Palisades Interstate Parkway to the George Washington Bridge, run by the Port Authority, or through Rockland and Westchester on the Thruway. From Westchester and Putnam, the parkways and I-87 lead into the Bronx and upper Manhattan. From lower Fairfield County, I-95 runs straight down along the Sound. We choose the crossing each time based on traffic and where in the city you are going, and the departure time we give you already includes that decision. December weekends, when Midtown fills with visitors for the store windows and the tree at Rockefeller Center, call for an earlier start and a meeting point a few blocks away from the crowds.

The way home matters just as much. Shows, games and dinners rarely end on a precise schedule, so we settle the return plan with you before the day starts. That, more than the vehicle, is what separates the best NYC car service for a suburban group from an app: someone has already decided where you will meet the chauffeur late at night and how long the vehicle can wait.

Show and Game Nights With an NYC Limo Service

Say ten friends from Newburgh have tickets for a concert at Madison Square Garden. They meet at one house, travel down together in a Sprinter limo bus, and get dropped off near the arena. The chauffeur either waits nearby for the whole evening, if the night is booked by the hour, or comes back at a time agreed in advance. After the show, the group walks to a pickup point a short distance from the crowds, which is usually quicker than trying to meet at the main doors.

Broadway works the same way: a New York City limo rental for a matinee or an evening show means one pickup at home, a drop-off near the theater and a meeting point agreed for afterward. Lorrie U. summed hers up in her Google review: “Rented a limo for 8 of us to get into NYC to see Wicked.”

For groups that size, the white Sprinter limo bus seats up to 14. A ballgame at Yankee Stadium or a playoff night at the Garden can be set up through our sporting event transportation, and tours or arena concerts through our concert transportation. If the night itself is the destination, a night tour of the city lets you see the lights from the back seat without parking anywhere.

NYC Car Service for Midtown Meetings and Business Days

For executives and teams coming in from the suburbs, being driven turns the commute into working time and removes the parking problem. A day might start with an early pickup in Westchester, continue with meetings in Midtown and Lower Manhattan, and end with a dinner before the drive home. Our executive car service handles these as hourly bookings, so you keep the same driver all day and the stops are included, with pickups and drop-offs anywhere in Manhattan. The same hourly arrangement works for a family day of museums and lunch.

Airports and Cruise Terminals

Some city bookings are really flights. A New York City car service to the airport from our area runs to JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, and we also run between Kennedy and Manhattan hotels for visitors staying in town. For a cruise, our cruise terminal transportation gets you and your luggage to the Manhattan or Brooklyn cruise terminals and back home after you dock.

Questions About Getting Into the City

Can the chauffeur wait during a show or a game?

Yes, if you book the evening by the hour. The vehicle stays nearby rather than at the venue door, since curb space around Midtown theaters and arenas is limited, and you call the chauffeur when you are ready.

Where will you pick us up after the event?

We agree on a pickup point when you book, usually a street a short walk from the venue where the vehicle can stop safely. If you do not see your chauffeur at the agreed time, call our dispatch line right away.

Can you drop us at a Manhattan hotel and bring us home a few days later?

Yes. Book it as two one-way transfers, one in and one home, with the hotel address and the pickup time for each. If you want to be driven around on a day in between, such as dinner in one neighborhood and a show in another, add an hourly booking so the stops are included.

Should we take the train or a chauffeured vehicle to a Broadway show?

The train works well for one or two people traveling light. A chauffeured vehicle makes more sense for a group, a late finish, or anyone who does not want to coordinate a pickup from the station at midnight.
