• Keep the plan simple and written down: every pickup address, the venue, any after-prom address and the final drop-offs.

Matching the Prom Limo to the Number of Riders

Count every rider, including dates from other schools, before you choose. Seat counts are fixed, so a 12-passenger bus cannot take a thirteenth guest.

A couple or a few friends can take a Lincoln Aviator (up to three), and up to six fit the Chevrolet Suburban. How Prom Limo Service Works on the Night

A prom night usually has four parts: pickups at several homes, a photo stop, the venue, and the ride home or to an after-prom event. The way you book decides how those stops are handled.

• Booked by the hour, the bus stays with the students and stops are included, so extra pickups and a photo stop are part of the booked time; this works the same way as any limo booked by the hour.
• Booked as separate transfers, any stop not discussed at booking costs extra. List every address up front.

At each house, have the students dressed, photographed and on the curb when the bus is due, because the timing of every later stop depends on it. If nobody sees the chauffeur, call our main line right away; waiting too long without calling can lead to a no-show fee.

Deposits, Payment and Cancellation

Limo buses count as larger vehicles, which have their own rules. Read them before anyone collects money from the other families.

• Reserving the bus takes a 25% deposit; the rest of the fare is due one month ahead, 30 days before prom night.
• If prom plans fall through, cancel at least 30 days before the date and nothing beyond the deposit is owed; the deposit itself is not returned.
• To cancel, a parent has to phone the office; an email does not count as a cancellation.
• For a Suburban or an Aviator, payment goes through a day ahead (24 hours before pickup), and cancelling costs nothing up to that point.

We normally need 48 hours of notice for larger vehicles, but for prom that is the wrong benchmark. Each limo bus can only take one party at a time, so reserve as soon as your school confirms the date. When several families share the cost, it is usually easiest for one parent to pay the deposit and collect the shares from the others.

Once the count passes the 14 seats of the white bus, you need two vehicles: for example, a 14-passenger limo bus and a Suburban, or two limo buses if friends want to split evenly. We confirm what is open for your date when you request a quote.

A student needs to go home before everyone else. What happens?

The limo bus stays with the party and follows the agreed plan. If a student may need to leave early, a parent can call our office to arrange a separate pickup; we try to help with short notice, though a sedan or SUV booked ahead is the safer option.

Can the night continue to an after-prom party?

Yes, if it is part of the plan. Give us the after-prom address when you book so it is built into the hours, and make sure the parents of every rider know where the bus will be going.
