We have used their services several times when traveling to NYC. The drivers have all been prompt, professional and courteous. When arriving at the airport they are always there waiting and when picking us up for the return ride, they are always early. Although they are early, they do not try to rush us and tell us to come out when we are ready. The vehicles are always clean and comfortable. I have used Majestic several times over the past few weeks and I have to say that they are superior in every way to other services available in Kingston. All of my trips included driving into Manhattan. The drivers were courteous and professional. They found the best routes based on their experience as well as what GPS was telling them. I had a great experience working with Majestic from beginning to end. First Debbie was awesome in helping me to find the right vehicle for my needs to celebrate my 50th birthday with a group of my friends visiting the Warwick Wineries. The pricing is very reasonable and much less than hiring for a wine tour. Next Max, our driver was so kind and courteous to all of us and the 14 passenger van was so nice inside!
