At the end of the night, the drivers even helped us load and unnload items into the vans—something they absolutely did not have to do, but that was so greatly appreciated after a long wedding day. We hired Majestic to provide shuttle transportation for our guests from their hotel to the wedding venue. From the beginning, Debbie was super easy to work with, very accommodating and professional. The day of the wedding, there was an accident and a major backup on the route. But the drivers were flexible, prompt and professional and got everyone to the wedding on time! We hired Majestic for 5 of us to go from LaGuardia airport to Beacon NY, a 2-hour drive, and also to return to LaGuardia. We had 2 different drivers and each ride was excellent in every way. Both drivers were good drivers, they were reliable, good communicators, personable and very accommodating. Scheduling was easy and the office staff is very competent. We booked the 12-passenger black party bus and ended up getting a free upgrade to the 14-passenger white party bus, which was a nice surprise! Everyone at Majestic was extremely communicative, patient, and informative. Our driver, Max, was so kind, professional, and experienced. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and changes to the itinerary were no issue at all.
