Majestic Transportation Services & Limo Inc.
Our Greenwich, CT car service is shaped by a quirk of the map: from Connecticut’s westernmost town, the nearest airport, the city, and several neighboring villages are all in New York. Requests here center on three things: a transfer to Westchester County Airport, LaGuardia or JFK, a business day in Manhattan, and evenings that start on one side of the state line and end on the other. We cover every part of town, from Byram and Cos Cob to Riverside and the back country, and we have run chauffeured service from our base in Monroe, NY, since 2002.
Westchester County Airport (HPN) is the closest commercial airport, just over the border beyond the back country. The terminal is compact, so curbside drop-offs and pickups stay simple even at busy hours.
HPN is also a busy base for private and charter flights. If you are flying private, tell us the operator or private terminal name when you reserve, and the chauffeur will go there instead of the main terminal. For business aviation on the New Jersey side, we also run to Teterboro.
For a flight out of a New York City airport, the route runs west along the I-95 corridor, through the Bronx and into Queens, with the exact roads settled on the day based on traffic. LaGuardia is usually closer, while JFK handles most long-haul international departures. Traffic toward the Bronx crossings varies a lot by the hour, so we set the pickup time based on your departure rather than adding a fixed buffer.
On the way home, we track the flight. Once the plane lands, an automated text sends the chauffeur’s name and cell number; call after baggage claim, and the chauffeur will pull up to the curb. We also offer a meet-and-greet inside the terminal for an additional fee. We hold the vehicle at no charge for half an hour on domestic flights and a full hour on international ones. When the customs line is long at JFK, this counts the most.
A sedan suits one or two travelers. A family with full-size bags fits in the Chevrolet Suburban, which takes up to six passengers, and a team flying out together can share a Sprinter that seats up to 14.
If the New Haven Line handles your usual commute, a chauffeured sedan fits the days the train schedule does not: an early meeting downtown, a client dinner that runs late, or a day with stops in several neighborhoods. The reverse works too. If a visiting client is staying at a Midtown hotel, we collect them there, take them to Connecticut, and bring them back; we also handle pickups anywhere in Manhattan.
For a full day of meetings, executive car service can be booked by the hour, so the chauffeur stays with you between appointments and the stops are included in the rate.
Not every booking leaves town. A local request might be dinner on Greenwich Avenue, a family afternoon at the Bruce Museum, a run to the Metro-North platform at Cos Cob or Riverside, or a party at a members’ club where parking is tight. For a milestone birthday or prom group, our Greenwich limo service keeps everyone in one vehicle and no one has to drive home.
Couples comparing a Greenwich, CT limousine service for the wedding day often need two things at once: a vehicle for the couple and a larger one that keeps the bridal party on schedule between the ceremony, the photos, and the reception. Our wedding transportation covers both, and the Sprinter limo seats up to 14.
Plenty of trips cross the border without a second thought. Just over it, we pick up in Port Chester and Rye Brook; a little farther along, in Rye and Harrison. On the Connecticut side, our chauffeurs work across the rest of Fairfield County, from the shoreline towns to Danbury in the north.
Yes. When you book, tell us the private terminal or operator and your tail number or flight details, and the chauffeur will wait at that terminal instead of the main one.
We follow your flight, so a late arrival isn’t a problem. Waiting is free for the first 60 minutes after an international landing, which gives you time for passport control and the baggage hall; phone the chauffeur once you clear customs and walk out to the curb for the drive back up to Connecticut.
Yes, anywhere in town. For homes on long drives or behind gates, add the gate code or directions to the reservation so the chauffeur can come straight to the door.
Start with the flight, not the airport. When HPN has a nonstop at a workable hour, the short drive and small terminal usually win; when it does not, LaGuardia’s much larger schedule is worth the longer run through the Bronx. Send us the flight number, and we set the pickup time for whichever one you choose.
Airport transfers, Manhattan days, and local Greenwich car service requests can all be set up on our online reservations system. If your plans involve a charter flight, several stops, or a group, phone (877) 811-8400 or email the details to majestic@mtslimousine.com, and we will work it out with you.
