Majestic Transportation Services & Limo Inc.
Our NYC executive car service is built for people whose time is scheduled to the quarter hour: a partner commuting from Westchester to Midtown, a CFO landing at JFK after an overnight flight, a sales team covering four client offices in one day. Each booking gets a vetted chauffeur, a clean vehicle and a fixed pickup time, and the back seat stays quiet enough to take a call or finish a deck.
We run executive car service in New York City, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, northern New Jersey and Fairfield County from our base in Monroe, so a single company can use one provider for the commute, the flight and the client dinner. An assistant books it the way you would expect: by the transfer, by the hour, or as a standing weekly commute.
Executive travel around New York fits a handful of shapes, and each one asks for a slightly different plan.
When an executive is flying, timing matters more than what they ride in. We track flights, so an early or late landing shifts the meeting time instead of leaving anyone waiting in the wrong place. Waiting is free for the first 30 minutes after a domestic landing and the first 60 after an international one; a delay past that is charged by the hour at that vehicle’s rate.
Unless you ask otherwise, the meeting happens at the curb. The executive’s phone gets an automated message with the chauffeur’s name and direct number; once through baggage claim, the executive calls, and the vehicle pulls up within 5 to 10 minutes. A first-time visitor who would rather be met in the terminal can be greeted inside with a name sign instead, at an extra charge.
Frequent business flyers are who this routine is built for: Jennifer D. has used our airport transportation “primarily for business trips for over 10 years” according to her Google review.
We cover JFK, LaGuardia and Newark for commercial flights. Corporate and charter flights often use Teterboro in New Jersey, a private and business aviation field operated by the Port Authority, or Westchester County Airport near White Plains.
When an executive has more than two stops in a day, booking our NYC executive car service by the hour is usually cleaner than stacking separate transfers. Stops are included in hourly service, the chauffeur waits near each address, and the order of the day can change as meetings run long or end early.
Say an investor team lands at LaGuardia, has two meetings in Midtown, lunch in Greenwich and a final meeting in White Plains before an evening flight out of HPN. One hourly booking with a Suburban covers all of it, with luggage staying in the vehicle all day. When a conference or an offsite brings in many guests, we coordinate several vehicles under one corporate event transportation plan.
Every chauffeur passes a background check and is subject to random drug tests. New hires complete one month of training and then spend two weeks riding along with senior drivers before they drive on their own. We are licensed by the Westchester Taxi and Limousine Commission, NYDOT and USDOT.
If your executive prefers a silent ride, plans to take calls from the back seat or wants to be collected well ahead of the meeting, put that in the booking notes and we will pass it on.
One executive or two colleagues fit comfortably in the Lincoln Aviator, with room for three passengers and their bags. A small team of up to six travels with its luggage in the Chevrolet Suburban, and a leadership team that wants to travel together can take the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which seats 14 and leaves room to go over the agenda on the way.
A request for an NYC executive limo gets the same answer: a private SUV or Sprinter with a professional chauffeur. Stretch limousines are not part of our fleet, and for a client pickup in Midtown or at a corporate campus, a discreet SUV is usually the better fit anyway. The same holds when a New York executive limo is wanted for a board group: the Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle.
Quoted rates are all-inclusive. If an added stop or overtime creates tolls or parking fees, those are added after the service. For a sedan or SUV, the card on file is charged one day (24 hours) ahead; an assistant can cancel without a fee as long as the call comes in a full day before the scheduled time, while a same-day reservation cannot be cancelled. All cancellations go through a phone call, not email.
Itinerary changes can go by email while the booking is more than a day away; after that, phone the office. Service runs around the clock, and a late change to an early start still reaches someone: overnight dispatch answers the phone after 6 p.m. and stays on until 9 a.m.
Yes. Give us the passenger’s name and mobile number at booking. For arrivals, the automated text with the chauffeur’s details goes to that number, so the executive does not need to call you to find the vehicle.
Yes. On an hourly booking the passenger simply tells the chauffeur. On a one-way booking, call our office as soon as the new time is clear, since changes within 24 hours are handled by phone.
Both fit two people with luggage. The Aviator suits a straight transfer to the terminal; the Suburban is the better pick when there are extra bags, a third colleague or a stop on the way.
Reserve a single transfer or a recurring commute through our online reservations, adding the flight number for arrivals. Assistants arranging a roadshow, a board meeting or several executives on the same day can work out the vehicles with our office at (877) 811-8400 or by sending the schedule to majestic@mtslimousine.com.
