NOSTRANO VINEYARDS
The new arrival, Nostrano Vineyards, is owned by Nic and Kayleigh Bozzo and opened its doors in 2014. Nic is a fourth-generation farmer who inherited his grandfather’s apple farm in 2009 in Milton, New York while being armed with a degree in landscape architecture. In 2010, he began planting three varieties of seedless table grapes, pinot noir, cabernet franc and riesling, at the vineyard.
In 2014, he included three more varieties of seedless table grapes and in 2015, he planted an acre of the category pinot gris. Nowadays, the vineyard is currently producing pinot noir, riesling, a baco noir blend, cabernet franc and an unoaked chardonnay. Their recent releases are the 2014 estate cabernet franc and a 2015 estate riesling. The owners host live music at the estate a few times a month from May through October, a farm-to-table dinner in August and a Fall Festival and marketplace every October.
TOUSEY WINERY
Tousey Winery has been a family-run enterprise from the beginning. Ray Tousey made his dream come true when he took the magnificent family-owned property and turned it into a vineyard. Today, Tousey is managed and owned by Ben and Kimberly Peacock. Kimberly, Ray’s daughter, was the legitimate choice to supervise the enterprise along with her husband, Ben, whose wine knowledge and business expertise help create the perfect team.

BROTHERHOOD WINERY
If you’re a history connoisseur and a wine aficionado, you can’t miss Brotherhood Winery, the oldest American winery, in operation since 1836. It is told that the cellars were excavated by hand, in the 19th century, when French Huguenot Jean Jaques started planting grapes on his recently purchased land. The most recent owners of the winery include Chilean winemakers who began a massive restoration and renovation program at Brotherhood, that includes vineyard acquisitions, equipment upgrades, a facility remodeling and the planting of new vines.
The winery still dazzles guests with tours of the most interesting corners of this historical site, which has nowadays become a delightful place for private events, weddings, balls, and the other similar events. The vineyard produces varieties such as chardonnay, merlot, New York premium cabernet, riesling and much more. They also offer an extraordinary list of sparkling and dessert wines including ruby port, ice wine and cream sherry.
BALDWIN VINEYARDS
An establishment well-known for its Strawberry, Wine & Chocolate festival in May, Baldwin’s 35-acre vineyard generates some of the most interesting dessert and fruit-forward wine in the whole country. Since 1982, Patricia and Jack Baldwin, the owners, have been working continuously to create a micro-winery that offers a large array of different styles of wine for the perceptive palate. The best sellers of this winery include their dessert wine, made from black raspberries, and also Anthony’s vintage, also presenting hints of raspberry.
MILBROOK VINEYARDS & WINERY
Milbrook Vineyards is owned by prominent wine enthusiasts, John and Kathe Dyson, who own other additional wineries, including Pebble Ridge Vineyards & Wine Estates. Milbrook is John’s first wine venture; it was also the first vineyard in the Hudson River region of New York entirely dedicated to the production of vinifera grapes. This vineyard produces pinot noir, chardonnay, riesling, cabernet franc and tocai friulano, an Italian grape variety.
