Amazing communication and soo accommodating. I changed my route about 3x and she had so much patience with me. The drivers the day of were so polite , waited for me when I was running little behind, and offered to even do more stops if needs. Would highly recommend and I would love to use them again.

Our driver, Abbas, arrived a little early to pick us up for our cruise around Manhattan and advised us when he was here - which was great. For our return trip, he arrived within 5 minutes after we called him. His vehicle was very clean and he was a good driver. We would use Majestic and Abbas again and recommend them.
