Making a reservation for a private vehicle was very easy to do via the website. They were quick to respond and provide a quote. Debbie was so pleasant to work with in confirming the reservation, it was all a simple and easy process. I reserved a private car to transport 5 of us to different wineries in Hudson. I have used Majestic several times over the past few weeks and I have to say that they are superior in every way to other services available in Kingston. All of my trips included driving into Manhattan. The drivers were courteous and professional. They found the best routes based on their experience as well as what GPS was telling them.
